Warranty

The tent comes with a 180-day warranty, other items are covered by a 90-day warranty.

Exchange
  • If not our quality issue, for an exchange, the customer is responsible for organising and paying for the return shipment fee. We can offer an exchange on the same product at the same price.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to return goods, to ensure that there is proof of delivery and insures the goods in transit. We are not responsible for losses during return transit.
  • To avoid this, we suggest you directly contact with us after order placed, we can confirm with you the product details before shipment.
Return
  • For product quality issue, we are pleased to accept your return request.
  • For other reason we do not provide free returns. You need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to return goods, to ensure that there is proof of delivery and insures the goods in transit. We are not responsible for losses during return transit.
  • Goods that are returned for refund should be in the same condition as they were received by you. All tags should still be attached to the item, with packaging, neatly presented, free of any marks, other contaminants, or bad smells.
Refund
  • If our product you received have quality issue, we ensure to offer a refund of your purchase within 30 days of you receiving it.
  • If not our quality issue, refunds is not acceptable. If you require a different size or colour, we can exchange the item if the stock is available, and you need to pay the shipping fee.
Shipment & Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Once your order ships, we email a shipment link and add the tracking number to your My Account > Orders page.

What’s your lead time?

After receive your order, we will ship within 5 working days. In order to ensure all you ordered products are in good quality, we need to check one-by-one personally before shipment.
